Nature of Service

US-UCR.com provides administrative assistance to transportation companies that are required to file a Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) in the United States.

US-UCR.com is an independent third-party service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any U.S. government agency, the FMCSA, or the official UCR Plan.

Our services are limited to assisting customers with the preparation, review, and submission of UCR filings based on the information provided by the customer.

Customers may alternatively complete their registration directly via the official UCR website at www.ucr.gov.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, customers confirm that they are authorized to act on behalf of the company or entity listed in the registration.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, rejection, or additional costs.

US-UCR.com is not responsible for penalties, enforcement actions, or fines imposed by authorities that result from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are clearly displayed prior to checkout.

Each fee includes the official UCR registration cost and a service charge for administrative handling.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of order. Processing begins only after successful payment confirmation.

By submitting payment, the customer agrees to these Terms and acknowledges that service performance may begin immediately after payment.

All services are provided outside the European Union. VAT is not applicable in accordance with EU VAT rules

Service Delivery

Once payment has been confirmed, we begin processing the order.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once their UCR filing has been submitted or completed.

Processing times depend on system availability and the accuracy of the information provided by the customer.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled only if processing has not yet started.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via the Contact page and must include the order number, USDOT number, and the email address used for the order.

If an order is confirmed as unprocessed, it will be cancelled and refunded.

Once the registration process has begun, or if official filing or transaction fees have been paid on the customer's behalf, those costs become non-refundable.

Refunds are issued only for unprocessed orders or verified duplicate payments.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within five to ten business days.

Limitation of Liability

US-UCR.com provides administrative services only and does not represent customers before the FMCSA, the UCR Plan, or any government authority.

US-UCR.com is not responsible for decisions made by government agencies, system unavailability, or delays caused by third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of US-UCR.com for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant service.

US-UCR.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

US-UCR.com and its operator, Telnu B.V., are registered and located in The Netherlands. The company has no offices, employees, or agents in the United States.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from the use of the services shall be governed by Dutch law.

The courts of Rotterdam, The Netherlands, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, software, and design elements, is the property of Telnu B.V. or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Reproduction, modification, or reuse of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Where necessary to complete UCR submissions, personal information may be securely transferred to the United States in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a complaint or dispute, customers must first contact US-UCR.com at info@us-ucr.com with the subject line "Dispute Resolution".

US-UCR.com will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aims to respond within five business days.

Customers agree to attempt this internal resolution process before initiating any external dispute or chargeback, where reasonably possible.

Amendments

US-UCR.com reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
