1. Service Overview

US-UCR.com processes Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) filings on behalf of transportation companies.

By completing an order, you authorize US-UCR.com to prepare and submit your registration using the information you provide.

2. Order Processing

Once payment has been confirmed, we begin processing your order immediately.

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

• All provided data is accurate and truthful.
• You authorize US-UCR.com to file your UCR registration.
• You agree that processing may start immediately after payment.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if processing has not yet started.

To cancel, use the Contact page on our website and provide your order number, USDOT number, and email address.

If your order has not been processed, it will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

By submitting your order, you request immediate processing and acknowledge that once processing has started, any right to cancel or withdraw the order no longer applies.

4. Refunds

Once your registration has been processed or submitted, the service is considered fulfilled.

At that point, refunds are no longer possible, because:

• The official UCR filing fee and transaction costs have been incurred.
• Our administrative service has been completed.

Refunds are therefore only available if:

1. The order has not yet been processed, or
2. A verified duplicate payment has been made.

Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Acknowledgment and Consent

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, you confirm that:

• You authorize US-UCR.com to perform your UCR filing.
• You agree that all submitted data is accurate and truthful.
• You understand that once processing begins, no refund will be issued.
• You agree that all transactions are governed by Dutch law under the jurisdiction of the Rotterdam District Court.
