1. General

US-UCR provides administrative assistance for Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) filings. Because services begin immediately after payment, specific conditions apply to cancellations and refunds.

2. Cancellation Rights

1. An application may only be canceled if US-UCR has not yet processed or submitted it to the Official Authority.
2. Once processing or submission has started, the Client’s right to cancellation or refund expires.
3. By checking the confirmation box prior to payment, the Client explicitly authorizes immediate service commencement and acknowledges that cancellation rights end once processing begins.

3. Procedure

1. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the designated form on the website, including the USDOT number (and when available, the order number and email address).
2. If the request is received before processing, payment will be refunded within 5–10 business days, minus any applicable transaction fees.
3. After processing or submission, no refund will be issued.

4. Exceptions

Administrative and processing costs, including official government filing fees, are non-refundable once incurred.
