Terms and Conditions – US-UCR

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • US-UCR: the trade name of the commercial intermediary, registered in Rotterdam (The Netherlands) and operating under the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA), providing assistance with the Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) filing process.
  • Client: any individual or legal entity submitting an application or order through the US-UCR website.
  • Service: the processing, review, and submission of information required for a UCR registration, including administrative handling and customer support.
  • Official Authority: the UCR Board or other competent U.S. governmental authorities.

2. Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, services, and agreements between US-UCR and the Client, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Nature of the Service

  1. US-UCR is not a government agency and is not affiliated with the UCR Board.
  2. US-UCR provides commercial assistance with the preparation and filing of UCR applications for a service fee.
  3. Clients may also complete their UCR registration directly with the official UCR Board without paying any additional service fee.

4. Agreement Formation

  1. The agreement is established once the Client submits the digital application form, accepts these Terms, and completes payment.
  2. The Client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided.

5. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable service fees.
  2. Payment must be made in full before the Service begins, using one of the available payment methods.
  3. Applications are processed only after successful payment.

6. Cancellation and Withdrawal

  1. The Client may cancel the application only if US-UCR has not yet processed or submitted it to the Official Authority.
  2. Once US-UCR has processed or submitted the application, it can no longer be canceled or withdrawn, as the Service has been fully performed.
  3. The Client acknowledges and expressly agrees to this by checking the confirmation box prior to payment, authorizing US-UCR to begin processing immediately.
  4. If cancellation is received before processing begins, a refund minus transaction costs will be issued within 5–10 business days.
  5. Once processing has begun or submission has occurred, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

7. Liability

  1. US-UCR is not liable for delays, rejections, or errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client.
  2. The Client remains solely responsible for the accuracy of all submitted data.
  3. US-UCR is not liable for any actions or decisions of the Official Authority, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Force Majeure

US-UCR shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as network failures, government actions, or third-party service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text and design, is owned by US-UCR and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent court in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, USA.

Our service is designed to help motor carriers, brokers, freight forwarders, and leasing companies complete their annual registration requirements efficiently, accurately, and with full transparency regarding applicable fees and filing procedures. Through a streamlined digital process, we assist users with data entry, information review, confirmation delivery, and customer support to simplify what can otherwise be a time-consuming administrative obligation. US-UCR is operated by Norto LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. We operate as an independent commercial service provider and are not affiliated with any U.S. government agency. Government registration fees are determined by the UCR Plan and are separate from our service fees.
